It is my responsibility as President of the Monster Militia to respond to your call. You have asked and I can not in good faith (knowing the reason I am here as President) ignore your requests. The Fans of The Monsters In The Morning have always had one thing in common and that is friendships with each other and with The Monsters. We love gathering together and supporting the Monsters and there is NEVER a stranger amongst us. We are Professionals, Mothers, Fathers, Uncles, Aunts, we own business, we are the back bone of the community and we buy from Real Radio 104.1's sponsors. As often as The Monsters have supported Our Community in every possible way...it is time for us to give back.
MANY have been so hurt by the news of the lay off of one of our own Burt Wilson aka Bubba Whoopass Wilson. My personal email, MySpace, and cell phone, have not stopped...I had my dog tag on and people that noticed it, just wanted to talk about Bubba...not even knowing who I was. The fans want to be heard. Therefore after a few shout-outs on Twitter, I obtained a phone number so you can share your stories about Bubba to the place that needs to know about this amazing man. Bubba is not a bottomline to us he is a REAL person and unfortunately, Corporate I am sure, is not aware of the magnitude of the lay off of Bubba. Please I can not stress enough that you must be respectful in sharing your story to those that may help us in getting Bubba back....

If he has helped you in anyway, or your children, or your music career or your diabetes, or just he picked you up with "His Correct Me If I Am Wrong", because you needed that laughter, at that moment, please share your stories with them. Make them see he is a REAL amazing human being! Bubba is important to Florida and to all XM152 Fans, not to mention those who live in other states that listen via Internet! We have fans that drive from Georgia at every event so they do not miss the energy that Bubba "The Musical Genius" provides. We even have fans from England that plan their vacations at Monsters Events!!. Although it would be next to impossible to have events without Bubba...he is the music and the music is a big part of the radio show.
Share, but be respectful please...You can not make your point if you are disrespectful.
